Purchaser of a Gift
Certificate
1. Ordering a gift certificate
: Gift Certificates can be ordered online by
sending an e-mail to us on
reservations@spaliving.co.za or contacting us on
086 111 8888.
2. Payment : Gift
Certificates can be paid for by credit card, direct
deposit or an electronic transfer. Proof of payment must
be faxed to 011 447 2010.
3. Dispatch of Gift
Certificates : Gift Certificates are only
dispatched and delivered on weekdays between 8am and
5pm.
4. Specific Delivery Dates :
Should you wish to have a Gift Certificate delivered on
a specific date – like a birthday – please advise the
date and we will ensure that the Gift Certificate is
delivered on the specific date (Please note this is only
Monday to Friday and with a minimum of two days notice
for courier. Specific Delivery dates cannot be
guaranteed using the SA Postal Service)
5. Delivery Options :
Delivery can be made by using the normal postal system
through the SA Post Office (complimentary) or speed
services, counter to counter option at the extra cost of
R 25.00. Certificates can also be couriered at an extra
cost of R 45.00 to the following major centres :
Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Durban, Cape Town,
East London, Port Elisabeth and George. All other areas
are
R 95.00 per delivery.
6. Delivery times :
Same day delivery is not possible. Delivery in the major
centres will take between 1 -2 days using the courier
option. Delivery to other centres will be within 3 days
using the courier option. Delivery time using the SA
Postal Service cannot be guaranteed but a guideline of 5
to 10 days can be used.
7. More than one Certificate :
Should you wish to buy more than one gift certificate
with different addresses, please send us the separate
addresses and we will ensure that each recipient receive
their gift certificate as stipulated by yourself.
8. Administrative Cost :
An administrative fee of 5% per transaction will be
added.
9. Cancellations prior to
dispatch : Cancellations made prior to
dispatch of the certificate is subject to a cancellation
fee of 10% of the total certificate value.
10. Cancellations after
dispatch : Cancellation made after the
dispatch of the voucher is subject to a 100%
cancellation fee.
11. Bulk certificates :
Should you wish to buy gift certificates in bulk please
contact us on 086 111 8888 or
reservations@spaliving.co.za.
Recipient of a Gift
Certificate
1. Validation period :
Your Gift Certificate is valid for 12 months from the
date of issue.
2. Exchanges :
Certificates cannot be exchanged in whole or part for
cash.
3. List of Spas :
The list of participating spas is subject to change,
please visit the
home page for up to date listings of member spas.
4. Terms & Conditions :
Certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of
the participating spas
5. Bookings :
Pre-booking is essential and subject to availability.
6. Gift Certificates are transferable
7. Should the spa that you wish to visit, not be on the
list, please contact us on
086 111 8888
or
reservations@spaliving.co.za and we will contact the
respective spa, so facilitating the booking.
